Shows Purchase Chart Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half Yearly/ Yearly with your desired Purchase Type (RD/ URD/ RCM/ EXEMPTED), chart type and comparisons, Total Outstanding and Total Overdue Outstanding, Overdue invoices, Outstanding invoices, Highest-Lowest Purchased Material Quantity wise/ Amount wise.
PURCHASE
Add/Edit/Delete PURCHASE from the Application easily. Search Invoices using Material/Supplier/Sales Invoice Date Range/Due date etc. Option to Generate and download PDF or Send email using Email Template with invoice copy attachment. Can See Payment and also Attach Advance Payment from the Purchase Detail Screen.
PENDING INVOICES
Shows list of GRN, SES, Purchase Order or Purchase Order SES which invoices are not made. Create Invoice from Pending GRN or Pending Purchase Orders with few clicks.
OVERDUE INVOICES
Overdue invoices ageing filtration options. Even you can search future overdue orders for projection. Shows full or partial remaining amount invoice wise.
FOLLOW-UPs
Shows missed and upcoming follow-ups. Manage follow-ups from the dashboard itself. You will never miss follow up as it notifies you even if your app is closed.
COMMENT and ATTACHMENT
Add discussion with lead using comment module for future references. If DMS Module is purchased you can attach multiple documents with Deals, Tasks or Quotations for future reference and quick access anytime anywhere.
